Delicious Waffles

1 c Flour;
1 tb Sugar;
1 ts Baking powder;
1/2 ts Soda;
1/4 ts Salt;
1 1/2 c Buttermilk;
1 Egg;
1/4 c Vegetable oil;
1 c Cooked rice;

Sift the first 5 ingredients together. Add 1 cup of buttermilk and egg. Mix and let stand for about 15 minutes. Then add oil, 1/2 c of buttermilk and cooked rice. Cook in waffle iron. Serves 4.
