Banana Oat Smoothie

1 c Nonfat Milk
1 pk Instant Oatmeal, Regular Flavor
1 Whole Banana, Cut In Chunks
1 c Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 min.

Yield: two 8 oz servings
