Jalapeno Egg Scramble 3 Jalapeno peppers
1 lg Onion; diced
1 Green pepper; diced
2 tb Butter
12 Eggs
1 lg Tomato; diced
1 c Cheddar cheese; grated
Seed and chop jalapenos. In skillet, brown onion and bell pepper in butter. Remove from skillet.
Beat eggs until frothy. Pour into skillet and cook until soft and very wet.
Add all other ingredients, stir until desired consistency is reached and serve.
