Pastry Egg Breakfast 8 Vol-au-vent shells
8 Eggs
1/4 c Heavy cream
8 sl Diced bacon
1 Finely diced green pepper
2 Minced green onions
1 c Grated Havarti cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream. Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat. Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Fill shells with egg mixture. Serve at once.
