Pancakes (gluten Free) 1 c Brown rice flour Or oat flour
1/2 c Garbanzo flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
1 1/2 c Water
2 tb Honey
1 tb Applesauce
4 ts Baking powder
Combine all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Cook on a lightly oiled griddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look dry, turn over and cook on other side.
