Breakfast Burritos 3 Eggs;
3 tb Milk;
Salt and pepper; to taste
4 sl Bacon; cooked
1/4 c Colby Jack Cheese; shredded
2 Flour tortilla; warmed
While bacon is cooking wisk eggs together with milk, salt and pepper. Set aside. Warm tortilla. Scramble eggs. Crumble two pieces of bacon onto the center of each tortilla, add 1/2 of cheese to each tortilla. Divide scrambled eggs evenly onto two tortillas. Fold end up and then beginning with one side fold over and roll tortilla to close.
Can easily double this recipe. Also can add onions and green pepper for more zest. Serve with ketchup or salsa on the side.
