Indian Scrambled Eggs With Ginger

4 Green chiles; skinned seeded, chopped fine
1 ts Fresh ginger; chop fine
4 tb Onions; finely chopped
2 tb Butter
6 Eggs
1/4 c Milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and ginger in butter until onion is soft. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour into skillet with the onions and ginger. Sprinkle the chiles on top and scramble over low heat until the eggs are done.
