10 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Clarified Butter
Chives; chopped
Press the garlic clove onto the tines of a fork. Attach securely, since you'll be using it to stir the eggs. Break the eggs into a large bowl and whisk vigorously. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Heat some clarified butter over moderate heat in a large skillet. Add the beaten eggs, turn down the heat, and cook, stirring constantly with the garlic clove fork, until eggs are done to your liking.
