Applesauce Raisin Muffins 2 c Flour; self-rising
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon; ground
1 Egg; beaten
3/4 c Applesauce
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Raisins
1/4 c Oil; salad
Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin pans two-thirds full. Bkae at 425 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
