Applesauce Muffins

1/8 lb Margarine
1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 c Applesauce
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Flour
1 1/4 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cinnamon

Mix all wet ingredients together. Add sifted dry indregients. Mix until wet, do not over mix. Spoon into muffin papers and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Bake at 400 degrees.
