Breakfast Pizza

2 tb Margarine -- divided
1 tb Flour
1/4 c Milk
3 Eggs -- lightly beaten
1 7" pizza shell or boboli
1 tb Mozarella cheese -- shred
1 tb Cheddar cheese -- shred

Heat 1 tb of the margarine in a small saucepan. Add flour and cook 2 minutes. Stir in milk and cook until mixture boils and is thickened. Cool. Heat remaining margarine in a small skillet: cook and stir eggs until soft scrambled. Cool. Combine cooled milk sauce with scrambled eggs and season to taste with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Spoon into pizza shell and top with cheeses. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. VARIATIONS: The pizza can be topped with cooked sausage, cooked crumbled bacon or any other favorite topping before baking.
